AGM
Our Annual General Meeting will be held once a year, prior to May 31st. The AGM is a chance for parents/guardians and the public to hear what we have accomplished in the previous year, goals for next year, and where we stand financially. It is extremely important to have parents/guardians attend to assist in the voting in board members and assisting in key decisions.

We are really excited in offering merchandise for purchase again this season. We have been working with The Coverall Shop on offering great merchandise for sale for Sylvan Lake Rec Hockey. In order to purchase this awesome gear, we will be offering 2 drop in nights for you to order and try on the merchandise. Items ordered on these nights will be received by the coaches for each team. Orders can be placed after the merchandise nights, however, items will not be delivered but available for pick up in Red Deer.

Tournament
Our year end tournament is held each season in March. This is a round robin style tournament with no finals. It is a fun year end wrap up for ages 5-17, as well as our major fundraiser for the year. We invite teams from other towns who are apart of the Hockey Alberta Recreational Hockey Model.
Sponsorships are available for Tournament Sponsors, Divisional Sponsors (4), Gold, Silver and Bronze. and Medals for each division.
Raffle Table prizes, water, sport drinks etc donations are always welcome and appreciated.
