2025/2026 Sylvan Lake Rec Hockey Assosication
We have four age groups: 5 - 7 years, 8 - 10 years, 11 - 14 years and 15 - 17 years.
REC HOCKEY IS A LOW COMMITMENT GROUP, WITH USUALLY ONE TO TWO ICE TIMES PER WEEK. SLRHA ALLOTTED GAME TIMES ARE FRIDAY NIGHTS, SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WEEKLY. WITH PRACTICES HELD 1X/MONTH ON WEDNESDAYS.
COMPLETE SEASON SCHEDULES WILL BE AVAILABLE ON TEAM SNAP ONCE TEAMS ARE FINALIZED IN OCTOBER
